We take every step during our sausage processing procedure which results in a “top shelf” product for you. Gone are the days when the apprentice is stuck out the back making sausages all day. We put the job of creating sausages into the hands of our qualified meat professionals and realize that the humble sausage is ubiquitous in our Australian culture.
Along with a select few independent butchers, Queensland Country Meats has taken the extra steps to show off their premium sausage products by entering the annual national “Sausage King” competition. Queensland Country Meats have only competed since 2009 and have taken out a string of awards over the past 6 years.
