Beef Pinwheels
Tenderised beef with spinach, grated cheese, garlic butter and our special spices, rolled in puff pastry. Cook for 35 – 40 mins at 180°C.
Beef Leprechaun
Peppered Eye Fillet steak, caramelised onion, mushrooms, encased in light puff pastry. Cook for 45 mins at 180°C.
Beef Wellingtons
Yearling eye fillet steak topped with fresh sliced mushrooms and our famous garlic butter wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Cook in pre-heated oven at 170°C for 30 – 35 minutes.
Stockman’s bag
A 140g MSA rump chunk topped with seeded mustard, garlic, feta, and sun-dried tomatoes, wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Cook in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30 – 35 min.
Angus Capree
Angus Rump steak with red and green capsicum topped with cheddar cheese wrapped in a lattice of light puff pastry. Cook in pre-heated oven at 170°C for 25 – 30 minutes
Chicken or Beef Stirfry
Tender chicken thigh fillet or beef rump strips mixed with fresh vegetables in our special sauce topped with a light coating of cashew nuts. Cook in a wok or fry pan, pan fry for 15 minutes.
Chicken Capree
Juicy Chicken Tenderloin with apricot, shallots, cheddar cheese wrapped in a lattice of light pastry. Cook in pre-heated oven at 170°C for 25 – 30 minutes
Chicken Mignon
A full large skinless chicken thigh fillet with an apple and sage centre wrapped in a full rasher of rind-less bacon. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Bottle Tree Chicken Parcel
A flaky puff pastry filled with a fresh chicken breast, bacon, shallots and cream cheese. Oven bake for 40 min at 180°C.
Chicken Scrolls
Chicken Breast with bacon, spinach, our special spices and cheese wrapped in pastry. Cook in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40 min.
Chicken Mini Roast
Large chicken thigh fillet with an apricot and macadamia centre and smothered in a plum brandy glaze. Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C.
Italiano Meat Balls
12 x 30 g chicken meat balls smothered in a sweet italiano cook in sauce, topped with grated cheese, diced shallots and bacon pieces. Cook in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 35 min.
Lamb Rollup
A tenderised lamb breast rolled with lean beef mince mixed with our special seasoning and smothered in a BBQ red glaze. Oven bake for 40 minutes at 130°C.
Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms with a seasoned lamb mince stuffing topped with grated cheese. Cook in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30 min.
Potato Bake
